About Me

Louise Sutton (1).jpgI am an EPSRC funded PhD student at Queen Mary University of London, supervised by Dr Matthew Fayers. My thesis is on graded representations of Khovanov–Lauda–Rouquier algebras; I have recently passed my Viva Voce with minor corrections.

My research interests lie in representation theory of symmetric groups, Iwahori–Hecke algebras and Khovanov–Lauda–Rouquier algebras.

In June, I visited Liron Speyer in Osaka and I attended Kashiwara’s 70th Birthday conference, Algebraic Analysis and Representation Theory, in Kyoto.
